Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Apex Trader Assistant ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via the in-app onboarding modal and dated below.

What the Service is

A process-and-journaling cockpit for active stock traders. The Service helps you organize evidence, control risk, journal trades, replay decisions, and discover where you have edge.

What the Service is NOT:

  • A signal service, trade-recommendation engine, or robo-advisor
  • A registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner
  • A guarantor of any trading outcome
  • A substitute for licensed financial, legal, or tax advice

Account & subscription

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure
  • One person per account — sharing credentials is prohibited
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime in the customer portal
  • 14-day refund policy: email admin@autohustle.online within 14 days of any charge
  • We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, scraping, or violation of these Terms

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:
  • Scrape, mass-download, or republish market data we display
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract trade signals at scale
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to violate exchange rules, securities laws, or third-party terms (Polygon, Alpaca, Stripe)
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the Service or other users

Risk acknowledgment

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Trading involves substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital
  • Past performance shown anywhere in the Service is not indicative of future results
  • Setup detections are pattern-recognition outputs over data — not predictions
  • You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make
  • The Service may have bugs, downtime, or data inaccuracies; verify all information before acting
  • Live broker features (when enabled) place real orders that affect real money

Liability limit

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Danger zone. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your cloud-synced data is permanently erased.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in the operator's jurisdiction, except for small claims, IP disputes, and injunctive relief.
